Every morning I set my intentions for the day with a quote and an image. Physically writing down your thoughts and intentions has been proven to solidify the words into your mind.
As this became a daily occurrence, many of my friends and family were commenting, "Thank you for sending this out today. I really needed to hear it." or, "This was heavy on my mind. Thank you for sharing."
I realized that everyone needs a little something in the morning to lift their spirits or get their mind working, thinking, and creating.
