Change Your Vibration

April 18, 20232 min read

Did you know that you are a powerful creator? You have the ability to change many things. Your mind, your habits, your clothes, your friends, your job, your feelings....

Did you also know that when you make a change, you send out a vibration that has a ripple affect? You've heard people say, "Be a drop in a pond and create a ripple." Our vibrations send out a drop into the pond of the universe and that vibration touches everything it comes in contact with.

Imagine having a scarcity mindset. "I don't have enough money. I don't have enough time. I don't have the right clothes. I don't have the right body." All the scarcity vibrations you send out to the world have that ripple effect. Just like a ripple on a pond, you watch the tiny waves go from the center of the drop to the outer edges. Then what happens? Those ripples come back.

Now, imagine you put gratitude out there. Thank you for the roof over my head. Thank you for the breath I take. Thank you for the money in my account. Thank you for the food on the table. Thank you for the friends in my life. When you put that positive vibration out to the cosmos, you will receive more. Thank the universe and you will be rewarded.

Sometimes we just forget to watch for the ripples. I want to challenge you to try just one thing today. Smile at someone. Watch their face light up. See your positive vibration hit them. See that ripple go from them to the next person. Watch that ripple affect.

You did that. You sent them a positive vibration. You have the power to make change. You have the power to reach others and help them live in a positive space. You can choose to vibrate positivity and high energy.

What's stopping you?
