Every person is infinitely unique.

Over the years I struggled with the need to be “just like everyone else”. I had to wear the right clothes, go to the right places, have the right friends, date the right guy. I lived my life for so many years trying to be someone I wasn’t.

As a woman, this need to belong, to be the same, to be let into the popular group, or be included became so strong that I lost my identity. I became inauthentic. I wasn’t true to myself or to the people around me.

I was doing all the things and being the person I thought I needed to be in order to be successful. I did a lot of personal development around this with my wonderful life coach. I pulled myself almost out of that pit, except in my business. I didn’t feel that I could run my business just by being myself. I had to be like my leaders, my mentors, and the people who were making the money. If I didn’t do exactly what they did, I would fail.

In 2020 the dramatic change in the world stifled my ability to run my business. I was hindered by the restrictions and disconnect from human interaction. I attempted to participate in a business building opportunity, to do things exactly like I was told to do. I failed MISERABLY. I made the decision to walk away from a business that I loved.

Different things, people, or ideas are placed in my path at just the right time.

During one of my endless social media scrolling episodes a live interview popped into my news feed. A very successful business woman was interviewing Eddie Villa, founder of the Unleash Your Strengths Community. As I unmuted the video I heard, “I had to show up as who I thought was the depiction of….”

Have you ever felt that way? Like you have to show up as something that you’re not just so that you can fit in?

I was motivated by this video to retake the Gallup Strengths Finder Assessment. I dove deep into the results this time and began to see a transformation take place. People were brought into my life to fill voids. Communication with my husband became easier and clearer. The quality of my time was being spent very intentionally. And my business began growing in leaps and bounds.

I was running my business 100% as me and no one else. No more duplication, no more step-by-step. I understood the processes needed for success and tailored them to who I was. And it worked!

And now, I help other business women find their unique qualities and do the same thing.

I had taken the Strengths Finder assessment a while ago but never did anything with it. One day when Val and I were talking about challenges with our business she brought up the Strengths Finders and all she had done with it. She offered to do a deep dive on my assessment and she really opened my eyes!!!! The next class I taught went really well, I was so comfortable and I ended with several enrollments.

If you are you ready to be authentically you in every way possible, I would love the opportunity to take you on a tour of your unique strengths and help you see the potential that you have. I would love to show you that who you are is exactly who you need to be to become successful.

And your success doesn’t need to be in a network marketing business. I have helped several women who have struggled with relationships, health, and financial burdens.

Everyone wants to improve something in their life, whether it’s their family, relationships, health, income or professional achievements…

I knew I had to turn to Valerie for a little help to get my journey kicked off in the right direction. I knew it was the right time to take the plunge and get my Strengths Test done, and analyzed.

After taking my strengths test, it helped me determine the areas in my life that need improvement, turn them into goals or make them key subjects of my goals.

Self-improvement and personal development is a continuous process that only ends when life ends. To improve your living conditions as well as your mental, physical, and social health, you need to continually seek upward progression.

Having a self-improvement plan helps you to better understand yourself, your needs, and the strategies that you should follow to get the resutls you want to achieve.

Are you now ready to write your own self-improvement plan? Get with Valerie. She won’t steer you wrong.

It just takes one simple test to find out who you truly are. You are an infinitely unique individual and I would love the opportunity to help you see that.

During the pandemic over 5 million women were forced from the workplace due to businesses shutting down, the need to care for a loved one, and/or the unexpected new job of schooling their children at home. The loss of income hit households hard and now many women have decided a home-based business is a great way to make up for those losses.

I have built my business from home since 2015. I re-entered the work force for a little while but the benefits of running a home-based business outweighed those of a 9-5 job. I get to be home with my children, go to all the activities, spend quality time with my husband, and do so many things on the fly because of the time freedom my business gives me.

Now, I am able to coach other momtrepreneurs to help them set up a business, learn some social media hacks, and find the time they need to find their success.

Momtrepreneur coaching sessions are meant to help women move forward in their business, find the time to do a home-based business, and to focus on ways to run a business authentically without worrying about the judgment from other people.

Many of us are great at getting things done….for others. Oftentimes we loose sight of the things we want to accomplish for ourselves.

Accountability coaching is a program intended to help you focus on your targets or goals, create a plan of action, and maintain forward movement by checking in on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Sometimes we just need someone to make sure we are staying on track. Accountability coaching sets you up for success. It’s a celebration of what you got done, no matter how big or how small. If you’re ready to amp up your game, set some targets, and take action I’m here to help you do just that.
